The Off Road Duathlon is a race favorite
consisting of a Two mile trail run, a 12 mile mountain bike course, followed by
an additional 2 mile trail run. Located in Hibernia County Park, this race is
sure to please.

Top overall male and female. Prizes for top THREE in each
age group. |

In both male and female: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49. 50+ female, 50-54 male, 55+ male, relay - all female,
relay male, relay coed. |

Course:
|
Bike: Two 6 mile loops consisting of fire roads, single track, open
fields,
rocky trails, and short road sections.
Run: 2 mile mix of
dirt trails, gravel roads, and rocky trails. |

Helmets:
|
ANSI or snell helmets are required for the bike section |
|
Relays:
|
2 person teams. All male, All female, Co-Ed. One Runner & One Biker.
Enter team name on registration. Each rider will sign waver on race day.
