The Off Road Duathlon consists of a Two mile trail run, a
11 mile mountain bike course, followed by an additional 2
mile
trail run. Located in Nottingham County Park, this race is
sure to please.

Bike: Two 5 plus mile loops consisting of fire roads, single
track, double track, and rocky trails.
